NebulaSoftStudio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides Cute Animal Slide Rescue (the “App”), a mobile puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains how the App and the third-party services used in the App may collect, use, share, and protect information.
1. Information we collect
The App does not require users to create an account and we do not ask users to provide their name, email address, phone number, home address, or precise location inside the App.
The App may process the following information:
- Gameplay and app data: level progress, coins, rewards, settings, preferences, and other in-game state. This information is generally stored locally on the device.
- Purchase-related data: if you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We may receive purchase confirmation data such as product ID, purchase token, transaction status, and entitlement state. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Advertising and device data: the App may show ads. Advertising SDKs and mediation providers may process information such as device identifiers, Advertising ID where permitted, approximate device information, ad interactions, IP address, app activity related to ad delivery, and diagnostics.
- Diagnostics: technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, performance data, crash logs, and error reports may be processed to keep the App stable and secure.
- Leaderboard data, if enabled: if the App enables online leaderboard features, we may process a player identifier, display name or nickname, score, rank, progress, and related gameplay activity needed to show leaderboard results.
2. How we use information
We and our service providers use information for the following purposes:
- to provide and maintain gameplay features;
- to save progress, rewards, preferences, and purchase entitlements;
- to show ads and measure ad performance;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity;
- to troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and performance issues;
- to operate leaderboard features if they are enabled in the App;
- to comply with legal obligations and Google Play requirements.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The App may use third-party services for ads, mediation, purchases, platform services, and diagnostics. These services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and SDK settings.
Third-party services used or planned for the App may include:
- Google Play services and Google Play Billing – Google Privacy Policy
- Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads – Unity Privacy Policy
- Firebase services, if leaderboard or related online features are enabled – Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy
We do not control third-party services. Please review their privacy policies for more details about their data practices, retention periods, and user controls.
4. Children’s privacy and mixed audience users
The App is designed as a puzzle game that may be suitable for a broad audience, including children and adults. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact information.
Where required, the App should use age-appropriate settings, a neutral age screen, or other child-safe configuration before enabling personalized advertising or transmitting identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID from children or users whose age is unknown. Ads shown to children or users of unknown age should use child-appropriate advertising settings.

5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- service providers that help operate ads, purchases, diagnostics, and platform services;
- service providers that help operate leaderboard or online gameplay features, if enabled;
- Google Play and payment processors for purchase processing and entitlement validation;
- authorities or other parties if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
We do not sell personal information directly to third parties. Advertising partners may process identifiers and ad interaction data to provide or measure advertising, subject to applicable law, consent settings, child-directed settings, and their own policies.
6. Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear the App data. If online leaderboard features are enabled, leaderboard records may remain on our servers or Firebase-managed services for as long as needed to operate the leaderboard, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or until deletion is requested where applicable. Purchase records and related entitlement information may be retained as needed to provide purchased items, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and support Google Play requirements. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies.
7. Your choices and controls
- You can reset or delete local gameplay data by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App.
- You can manage Google Play purchase history and payment settings through your Google account.
- You can manage Android advertising settings through your device settings where available.
- You can contact us to request deletion or review of information that we can reasonably identify and control.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
The App may be available in the United States and other regions. Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed outside your country or region.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the updated policy at https://hongocthaigamedev.github.io/cute-animal-slide-rescue-privacy-policy/.
